Design, build, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, driving scalable and high-performance implementations across enterprise environments. Work across the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem, leveraging Power Platform components to deliver robust CRM capabilities and seamless integrations.
Own the technical execution of CRM implementations, including system configuration, custom development, and integration with external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
Contribute to end-to-end CRM delivery, including data migration, system optimisation, and ongoing enhancements, while maintaining best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
5–12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (technical role)
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE Apps and Power Platform
Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Azure components (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps)
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems
Good understanding of CRM business processes
Experience in data migration
Microsoft certification (Power Apps / Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferred
Strong communication skills
