By posting content on CX Pond, users grant CX Pond the license required to host, display, distribute, and operate that content within the platform as described in the Terms of Use.

3. Prohibited Copyright Violations

Users must not upload, copy, publish, or distribute content that:

• Infringes third-party copyrights.
• Is plagiarized or falsely attributed.
• Includes unauthorized reproduction of protected text, images, videos, documents, or brand assets.

5. Review and Enforcement

6. Repeat Infringers

Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright infringement may be permanently suspended or terminated.
