About the Job

Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of analytics solutions within MarTech ecosystems, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhanced customer engagement. Work across web and mobile platforms to ensure accurate data collection, event tracking, and unified customer insights.

Own the setup and management of analytics and tag management systems, ensuring robust tracking frameworks, clean data layers, and reliable performance across platforms. Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align analytics implementations with business goals, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure data integrity. Support cross-channel analytics integration to deliver a unified view of customer behaviour across digital touchpoints.

Drive continuous improvement through testing, quality assurance, and stakeholder training on analytics tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, MarTech consulting, or similar roles

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web SDK, Adobe Launch, or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of event tracking, data layers, and analytics implementations

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting

  • Experience with tag management systems and cross-channel tracking

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to create dashboards and automate reporting

  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and engineering teams
