Own CRM operations for Malaysia, driving end-to-end push and email strategies to increase daily active users and engagement across the customer lifecycle. Design and execute targeted notification frameworks, including segmentation, messaging, and content strategies, to improve recall and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and promotional initiatives, ensuring timely and impactful delivery across channels. Continuously analyse campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise strategies, improve engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
Bring a strong understanding of local market behaviour and customer insights to shape CRM initiatives, while working with regional teams to explore new approaches and innovations in lifecycle marketing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce
Strong content creation skills in Malay and English
Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and campaign optimisation
Good understanding of Malaysia market and e-commerce user behaviour
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
