Support and optimise CRM and MarTech ecosystems across implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement phases within enterprise and regulated environments. Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and leading marketing technology platforms to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Design and configure CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, data flows, and workflows. Translate business and operational requirements into technical configurations, supporting both new implementations and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
Drive campaign execution, workflow automation, and system optimisation while maintaining strong governance, documentation, and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions within Agile or hybrid delivery models, and support incident management, audits, and continuous improvement processes.
5–10 years of experience in CRM, MarTech, or enterprise application consulting
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE)
Experience with MarTech platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and role-based access systems
Experience with integrations across CRM, CMS, analytics, or enterprise platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in regulated or public-sector environments is a plus
Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or MarTech platforms preferred
